Unfortunately it appears his daughter was on the plane as well according to updated news reports.

Biffle has a daughter from his first marriage.
His younger son is from his current marriage.
I really hope his daughter was not on the plane and with her mother, but reports are coming out that both his kids were onboard.

Yeah, he rescued people who were trapped because of blocked/washed out roads and delivered supplies. Biff was a good man on top of being a very good race car driver. My prayers go out to his family and loved ones.
