Names back on the bottom of NBA jerseys

Did I miss this story or was I just blind/not paying attention the first few days? Originally in the bubble the guys could either have some kind of message on their jersey, or they would have their name. Now most of them have a message on the top, and their name on the bottom.
Do I just have terrible attention to detail, was this a public thing i missed, or did the NBA make this switch and tell nobody?

I think it just kind of happened. I don't remember reading about it anywhere. Makes for funny messages for the #4 players around the league.

They talked about it today during the early games. Think it’s the first day with them on the jerseys.
