I feel like 1998 was a bigger CCG upset than 2003. Vegas does too; Oklahoma was favored by 14 over KSU in 2003, while KSU was favored by 17.5 over A&M in 1998.

Not to mention the way the games played out. KSU punched Oklahoma in the mouth in 2003 and never looked back, while A&M needed several dozen breaks to go their way to beat a KSU team that realistically outplayed them all game long.
