My how things have changed in one week Lakers/Celtics related

A week ago the Lakers looked like they were about to lose out on Davis to the Celtics. They have now traded for a top five player and are the favorites to win the NBA title next year.
The Celtics lost out on Davis. Irving is signing elsewhere and Horford has also decided to leave.
Celtics will still make the playoffs but as of now are not considered an Eastern conference favorite.
Lakers have an over/under of 55 games and still have plenty of cap space to go for it all.
