This is coming from a 3-7 team. The only glimmer of hope this season was that we got a lot of young players experience. Well, the rumors are that everyone is jumping ship.
Don't worry. The resident genius over there is telling me this is perfectly normal now that the transfer rules have changed.

Give me a fricking break. The freshman tight end with 368 yards receiving is the back bone of the current program and future of the next?
Gilbert is an easily replaceable player. His impact is massively overrated because he was a surprise 5 star commit that everyone thought would go to Bama. His cult status is based on that and that alone, certainly not his 368 yards receiving and two touchdowns. He’s put on a pedestal as a god like player because he was “stolen” from Bama and been the catalyst for a mountain of shite talk.
The real issue isn’t that he’s leaving, it’s why he’s leaving. He’s a fricking tight end that doesn’t block, not a generational QB or Leonard Fournette or Devin White.

Florida St has been having trouble keeping its talent to stay on its roster without quitting or transferring. It seems like LSU is on its way to having a similar culture problem that exists at FSU. No bueno.

Ojulari would be a bigger football loss. But I love Gilbert. Naturally he’s hardly been fed in our 2016/2018 Ensminger offense.
Like I said earlier most of us were doing a good job taking this season in stride but this is getting ridiculous. Unbiased fans have always known who O is but the attrition and dreadful hires have seen him regress back to Ole Miss O quicker than Damone Clark. I doubt he gets fired barring more shite emerging from title XI but don’t possibly see how he stops the rot next season.

Settle down and not act like an emotional women. If he transfers it sucks, but dude is a freshman TE. TE's don't make programs.

It's not Gilbert. It's the rest of the rumored exits that are the problem. LSU is teetering on the edge of disaster right now.

I was furious with the hire, but let myself be convinced that I was wrong about him after 2019. I even defended him on the SECR when people said he was Chizik 2.0.
I should have stuck with my gut instinct. Orgeron is in way over his head.
