His first game was a win in the desert. The home opener was the game you're talking about.
He had a Wendy's cashier headset because CoachComm had like 4 teams try them. He ditched at half.

He tried to call timeout after an interception. We should have known and hired someone to manage the clock that day.

07 Arkansas that was the most disappointed I have ever been after an LSU loss

Losing to Kentucky a few years back in basketball. Worst than any football lost I've experienced.

There have been very few losses in my lifetime that were as devastating to a program as that game was to WVU. That team would have beaten Ohio State like a fricking drum in the national title game if they had beaten Pitt.
We didn't even riot after the game because it sucked so bad. We blew a golden opportunity.

Saints vs 49ers Divisional Round.
That team was a fricking offensive juggernaut, and would've went in on the Giants with no lube in the NFC Championship. Alex Smith played the game of his life, the defense blew it. One of the greatest NFL playoff games of all time, but with an absolutely brutal end for Saints fans.

Wasn't that also the same week as 1/9?

This by far for me. That's the most emotions(sad/pissed/what if?) I've ever had after a sporting event. I literally had to take a few laps around the block to cool off and digest Wtf just happened.
And it wasn't just the game itself, which was brutal enough. It was the fact that I fully believe we destroy NYG in the Dome and then have a really good shot to beat NE for our 2nd SB in 3 years. I know it's good for nothing, but I'll still always believe we were the best team that year.

RGIII beating the Saints opening day 2012.
How many times did the announcers say "Robert Griffin the third" in that game? Has to be close to 50. It was annoying.

Yes
Easily the worst week ever for LSU/Saints fans.

Most recently it's the Saints-49ers playoff game. I used so many F bombs at the end of that game it's embarrassing to even think about it.
All time, though, it's probably the Packers losing to the Broncos in SBXXXII. I was 10 at the time and Favre was my undisputed sports icon/hero. I thought sure they'd win back-to-back against the ultimate choke job, John Elway. I remember going to school the following day with my Green Bay starter jacket with my head down

Same here. I was a Saints/Favre fan. I idolized Favre. My uncle is from Wisconsin and I grew up on both.
I was 8 at the time of the Broncos Super Bowl win. I cried like a little bitch after

1st half of the Saints-Phins game in '09. My first saints game in a long time being that I lived in South FL, was so distraught that we were just getting wrecked the 1st half. Getting so much shite from fans, then a complete turn of emotions after halftimes.

sweet memories. I laughed then at the UTk coach, and I laugh now remembering. Good riddance.
still resentful over the call vs LSU in the Bama game: for those not LSU and Bama fans, the LSU punt was down at the Bama 1 foot line.
the ref with a view standing over the line, unobstructed view, correctly called it on the Bama 1 foot line and was overruled by a ref whose view was blocked. TV guys showed it over and over and it NEVER got to the goal line. Score was 13-10 LSU.
I am CERTAIN LSU wins that game if Bama is on the 1 foot line.

2001 Big 12 championship. UT was a shoe in for the NC game after a wild day in CFB.
Colorado 39
Texas 37
(It really wasn't that close)
