Don't the Orioles have territorial rights in North Carolina, as compensation for allowing a team in Washington?

What. First of all metro population is what matters. Not city population. San Francisco has a metro population of 4.7 million.. 11th largest in the US.

Monterrey is a beautiful place that I really enjoyed visiting. It's pretty high in elevation, like Mexico City, but more scenic and could probably attract some talent.

if they put it close to punta cana dominican republic they could probably do pretty well. Baseball is much bigger in DR than almost anywhere else and that is the nicest part of the island as far as i can tell. As big a city as santo domingo is Id think you would have to go somewhere that isnt as third world.
