outside of the BLATANT Pass Interference, the DEFENDER had the ball with both hands, unlike the WR, and pulled into his chest. How that is not an INT is beyond me.

He was bobbling it going to the ground. Reid took it away and came up with it.. Ball never hit the ground and he Williams never had full control going down.

MW and Reid had simultaneous possession and the tie goes to the WR. Reid's knee is down, and when MW's back hits they still share possession. The refs looked at the reaction from Reid and the other DBs before he called INT. Doesn't matter, who cares now? It's been almost a year, nothing is changing about that play.
