Albertus and Perez are good, bat-first IF prospects. They're young, but both shot up the Dodgers prospects list this year and would have been in the top 20 midseason prospects list for the Dodgers. And a change of location will help Vargas. This could be a good haul for Chicago.

Feels that way to me too. I cringed when I saw that Perez and Albertus were included in the deal. Both are only 19 and both are already raking at low A Rancho.

Wanted Fedde bad with him being signed through next season. And just being damn good of course.
Why does LA want Edman? Wrist surgery, didn't heal right spent half of this season with opinions to have surgery on it again and hasn't played in a single game. Odd but I'll take it.

Only issue I have with him is this is his only good season.

He took the Mikolas path, go play in KBO for a year come back and pitch very well. Can probably extend for fairly cheap still.
