Maybe they felt they were set at SS because of Arcia?

When was the last time the Brewers had a 1B prospect? Dominic Smith is in Law's top 45 -- yeh the power hasn't been there.

But I just don't get the Flores attraction.

2B to replace Scooter Gennett? He still isn't doing shite after his triple A demotion and recall.

Damn you guys love showboating like a classless goon and having to own up to it at home plate huh

I actually don't like it, but it is pretty entertaining when a guy is that much of an idiot about it

Flores is shite. He's got pop but can't field, never walks, and makes too much soft contact with that golf swing of his.

Wheeler is a potential ace but won't be ready until the ASB next year and never really found his command pre-injury.

This is a great deal for the Mets.

Doug Melvin proving why he's the worst GM in the league.

Funnies thing about this ATL/LAD/MIA trade is that Miami and LAD pretty much had it done.

Then Atlanta be like "hey guys, let me in. I'll take on Morse and that 30 yr old and give you Wood, Johnson, and Pereza"

You can never stock pile enough MI talent... plus Rosario is a long ways away. People might not realize it but there were a bunch of scouts who felt Rosario was their top prospect prior to the season over Thor, Matz, and Conforto.

I wouldn't say shite, he's 23 with pretty good power. And his power will go up a decent chunk in that ballpark, throw him at 2B and get rid of Gennett.

He's essentially the right handed Matt Moore, down to the whole coming off TJ thing. Million dollar arm but they will never reach their ceiling if they continue to walk 4 guys per 9 IP. Feel like the Brewers couldve got a more solid SP for Gomez

Yeh. Then the secondary piece is a guy who has powers but doesn't walk and can't field and throw.

I drafted him so I knew the upside. But the K/BB ratio I just wasn't feeling.

Arcia's glove can play over Segura right now. Problem is I don't think Segura is that tradeable.

I'm fine with Wheeler. Brewers need pitching.

What the other guy said about Flores tho
