Buster Olney

The Yankees are one of the teams that has expressed interest in Manny Machado. There would be major questions about whether the two division rivals would actually conclude a deal, but Orioles are listening, Yankees have a loaded farm system. White Sox also interested.

Would be perfect for the Dodgers if it wasn't for Seager and turner

Cashman has done a fantastic job stocking that farm system and now the should enjoy the fruits of their labor. Send Chance Adams and Chad Green to headline a deal for Machado. The bullpen will still be great without Green and they can spare Adams.

That would be disgustingly sick.

Nothing will happen to Didi.

If Machado wants to play short, he won't be a Yankee.

They finally seem committed to starting the rebuild that should have started at the deadline

Why the he'll would the Yankees trade anything worth while for Machado when they can wait a year and sign him as a FA?

Only if they're worried that he will be traded with a team that can re-up with him. But even in that case, the Yankees would have to REALLY want Machado. And I'm not sure they want him that badly.

next year will be interesting, if Adams comes up and performs I could see the Yankees not making a move next year in reality. This team has depth especially if Torres takes 2B.

Honest question here, but were you even born the last time the Yankees finished under .500 in 1992?
