I think Yuli could handle SS average or better
In his prime, maybe. I’d be surprised if 37 year old Yuli would have the range required to play an average shortstop though.

#Yankees looking more at Marcus Semien than Corey Seager per @JonHeyman.
Add Semien on a 3-4 year deal, trade for Olson, and sign another SP and they good. Gardner needs to come back as well.

37 year old Yuli has better range than Gold Glove winning Jeter.

He was laughably inferior as a base runner and defender.
Someone didn't watch many Braves games.

Seems like a nice deal for Miami

Yup, he is easily worth more. Merlin's plan on locking up that rotation

Yeah, I wish he would have gone to a team in another division.

Laughably inferior was probably a bit strong for the defensive part, but Trea Turner and Brandon Crawford are better/more valuable defenders than Riley.

According to DRS he was better at 2B than SS

I’m saying 2B isn’t that much more valuable than 3B now, if at all. Especially given the shift where you have 3 fielders to the right side with any lefty at the plate.
