I’ve seen others saying the quality of play is very poor and basically calling for the season to just end

Maybe I’m in the minority, but I’ve enjoyed every game I’ve watched. The play hasn’t seemed poor and the players seem to care, at least in the games I’ve watched.

Just trying to gauge others and how they think things are going.

seems like a bad quality product to me. Batting average is as low as its ever been for the first 9 games, tons of pitcher injuries.

It’s been shite, players don’t have timing and pitchers making them look silly has lead to poor games

I leave it on in the background and check up every once in awhile, whereas last season I watched every Astros game to my wife’s chagrin.

If my team was caught cheating I wouldn’t be interested in them either, to be fair.

Baseball was so much fun to play all the way through high school. But as a fan watching pro baseball things changed for me in 1994. CaUght me at a bad age that strike and I never really got back into the same since then.

Haven't watched any games this year but am hoping things work out for anyone truly invested.

As a baseball fan i was against the idea of a 60 game season. Play it but nobody should be called World Series champion off this season. Make it an MLB tournament champion but no teams deserves the World Series ring for this year.

But you've enjoyed watching yours lose?

Props to you. Masochism is a common enough fetish.

I watched a couple innings of summer camp and nothing since. The game seems slower than its ever been, lifeless and boring.

Nothing's really changed watching games, players don't seem as amped up with no fan interactions is all I've noticed. Player injuries happen every year, I'm not sure if we've had more this year compared to others or what. Shortened spring training certainly may hurt, the Indians had their pitchers pitching way back in May and their starters have been fine

I watched 2 innings to see what it was like, but honestly don’t give a shite.

Manfred is going to drive the MLB into the ground with his political pandering and general dumbassery

Every single sporting event I have tried to sit through so far without a crowd has been substantially worse as a viewing experience. Some are absolutely shite.

Can't get through any of them.

Lifeless and joyless is the easiest way to describe them.

Again, props. No bullshite.

Its hard to watch that. I've had LSU tickets since the 80's. Alcohol helps.

I’m having a fantastic time. The only people calling for cancellation are people who root for sucky teams, and me when the Braves are having a bad game.

Didn’t like the answers in the DAT so he starts another thread. No, dude, you’re in the minority of enjoying this shite. It’s not us. It’s you.

I don’t think the quality is great but that’s to be expected with how fricked up the timelines have been. It’s still a hell of a lot better than no baseball at all
