The narrative is that all those QBs who were very good at OSU suck in the NFL. I haven’t said a thing about system or HC. Just that they all suck in the NFL.

You responded to my post, which was in response to another poster claiming Ohio State QBs won’t be ready for the NFL and listed a bunch of previous QBs that played in entirely different systems with entirely different coaching staffs.

This really isn’t hard to follow my argument.

Ok well here goes.

OSU QBs suck in the NFL no matter who their OC or HC is in college. This is surprising because they seem to be very good QBs while playing in college.

He should’ve went to Grambling. Maybe if Trump wins next year he can give the HBCUs another boost of funding/tax payer money and y’all can upgrade facilities.

They were the model franchise before Fields? Cut the guy some slack.

You're right, the Bears sucked, but no one cut Trubisky any slack. Why is that?

When the supposed franchise QB is in year 3 and still can't read defenses, still can't feel pressure, and is afraid to throw the football downfield, he shouldn't get any more benefit of the doubt.

Fields sucks. Anyone with a brain knew he would be garbage. NFL GMs are so frickin dumb.

They're throwing to NFL WRs who are being covered by future CPAs. That's a big part of it.

I'll never forget the draftniks MELTING DOWN over his slide.

It's the system. Long-developing routes and OL that keeps pressure off. Makes easy reads and you never develop footwork/pocket play.

It's strange how for the most part GMs aren't too bad with every other position.

But every since the athletic QB became a thing GMs go out of their way to outsmart themselves and make some horrible moves overvaluing QBs.

Yeah, because Justin Fields is terrible.

He is terrible. They were also terrible before him.

This hasn’t been the system until Day. Meyer’s passing scheme is nothing close to Day’s.

It’s officially over for Bustin Fields

Everyone laughed at Kirby Smart for not promising the starting job to Fields, which caused him to transfer, but it was incredibly obvious to anyone who watched him that he couldn’t play in a pro-style offense, and still can’t.

UGA fans are back to back national champions but remarkably they're even better at revisionist history.

I'm talking about the most recent guys...Haskins, Fields, and likely CJ Stroud.

Clearly nobody is criticizing any system or coach for JT Barrett not making an NFL career at QB.

Yeah buddy, you definitely know all about this.

I bet you made sure to tune in and watch Fields play mop-up duty in 30 point blowouts every week.

You’re right, he looked incredible and had full control of the offense, my bad.

Fromm - 43 games, 7200 passing yards, 78 pass TDs.

Fields - 22 games, 5400 passing yards, 63 pass TDs.

And I’m sure you don’t want the rushing disparity posted.

Are you mentally challenged?

Fromm had Georgia with the lead in the 2018 NC game until 2nd and 26 happened.

Some of you people are too hung up on stats. Fromm was a better QB. A better field general. Better at reading defenses and getting into the right play, and a better leader. Those are the facts that should matter.

Fromm was the better QB.

Ok genius, please enlighten me. Please explain how Justin Fields was actually a perfectly developed pro-style QB as a freshman

And then after that, please explain how Kirby Smart actually made Fields leave.

I’m glad I have an expert like you to hear from. I’m sure you made sure to tune into SECN+ to watch Justin Fields play the 4th quarter against UMass that year
