Missing 24 or 27 straight 3's is unheard of...

If they make 25% of the 24 3 which is low shooting percentage, they win going away...

I give GS credit for playing hard D, they contested a lot of these 3's.. Houston just could make them when it counted.

I can't explain it but it happened.

not to mention Harden was fouled 3 times from the behind the arc in the first half plus was pushed on moving screen into the Rocket bench = a Curry 3... That's min 9 free throws...plus a free bucket 3...12 pts missing on the score board

then Harden made a 3 to start the second half but the fouled was called prior to the shot which looking at the replay in slow motion in HD was so bad of a call it made you think "it's rigged"

that should have been a 4 point play...

these kinds of swings in a game are massive...

bucket one way, not the other way, = can equal a 6 point swing in one single position

GS wins by 9...

Houston is 1 player away...I think Paul is enough if he was healthy...

I love Lebron, so he's my pick in the off seaon

One of those Durant was pushed into him by the screener.

Initially looked that way, but replay showed Harden grabbing and pulling the screener, likely trying to get a call.

I don't see Bron fitting in well with the run and gun gimmick offense.

true

but give my man the free throws when it's the right call.

Tucker and Gordon were fouled a few times at the rim and wasn't called either.

I am for letting them play, but come on...they beat the defense and we're fouled trying to stop a layup...

I see him fitting extremely well...

Lebron is a great passer

He would handle the ball

Harden would go beast mode with all the extra energy.. and open looks

I think it's pretty easy to explain. They played the last two games with virtually a 6 man rotation.

They were able to play extremely hard on both ends of the floor for a half in both games, but they burned out in the second half. Tired legs = missed shots.

Seems pretty simple.

He apparently needs D-wade or Kyrie.

That's basically it. Houston built this style, and used it to get the best record in basketball.

The downside is you have to make the shots. They were falling enough in the first half to get the lead. Then they started missing.

It's just the downside of their system.

those fouls, or what should have been fouls, also came during GS run in the 3rd. They were obvious and horribly missed. Especially the 2 that should have been on Bell on the 3 back to back. 6+ free throws during that run could have changed things.

GS played great defense, Ariza was worn out from playing tough defense. Lack of rotation in game 6 especially i think hurt.

GS is a great team. They should not lose if they are playing.

Missing 27 straight for a team with a 36% 3pt make rate is basically impossible statistically.

The chances of missing 27 straight are .0005% - 5 out of every 1,000,000 chances.
