Would love for college and NBA to reduce teams' timeouts inside 1:00. Teams holding on to 3-4 timeouts and the end of games taking forever sucks.

I'm not saying he wouldn't go but he was born in Iowa City and has Iowa ties.
Iowa is my other alma mater. I have mixed feelings after they knocked us out, though...lol
