Carmelo Anthony has decided to visit the Houston Rockets, Dallas Mavericks and Chicago Bulls once teams are allowed to meet with free agents on July 1, according to league sources.

The meetings have not been set up because the teams are not yet allowed to contact free agents. But Anthony has decided he will give those three teams a chance to recruit him when they are able to.

If we do this, we'd have to make every single role player a defensive specialist. No exceptions.

Don't see how there are enough basketballs for him and harden to play on the same team

I think Dallas and Chicago would be better landing spots tbh. And i would choose Dallas if i were him...frick trusting Rose to be healthy

I'm guessing Chicago unless they can't prove Rose is healthy to Melo.

Interesting that he's got 2 Texas teams circles though.

I think Melo wants to be wined and dined a bit. This is his first time as a FA. I'm going with Lakers or Bulls if he leaves NY.

Also to keep in mind:

He's a Jordan brand athlete. Dunno if that matters but it should be noted.

Saw some rumor about a sign and trade of Melo for Harden, how would you feel about that?
