That surpasses the three-year, $84 million deal (all guaranteed) Kirk Cousins just got from the Vikings, but will be surpassed again when the Packers eventually pay their quarterback. Ryan was entering the final year of his contract, and the lack of an extension kept them from doing much in free agency earlier this offseason.

So they give $150 million contract to a QB who last season, threw for his lowest completion % since 2011, least yards since 2010, and the fewest TDs since his rookie season?
Not to mention, he'll be 33 in 2 weeks. Talk about timing. I can only imagine how much he must have wanted after his career season in 2016.
