Magically the PGA found extra money!!!

They are kicking ideas around about no cut tourneys, smaller fields, and 25M in purse money for a few PGA events.

As I've said, they've been arse f'cking the Tour players for years keeping 10s or 100s of millions each year....
Now suddenly they can try and compete with LIV

I love how they, along with the USGA and PGA of America, brag about how many volunteers they get for their events. Where is all of their millions of dollars received actually going if it’s not paying most people working at their events?
Maybe LIV’s whole purpose was to expose them for the frauds they are, not necessarily to compete with them.

PGA by far has the best retirement/pension plan of the major sports. It shits on NFL, NBA, MLB, NHL. Glad they are upping purse money.

These are the type of things they should have done from the start instead of wailing about it and making immature threats. If the LIV tour is offering things that attract the players the PGA needs to make counter offers to try to retain them.

anyone who argues the PGA is making too much money and should pay the players more is an idiot. Go look at what the NFL makes...do those players need to be compensated more also?

What is your point? They make tens more in endoresments? Money wise, on course they don't make a whole lot. Except the top-10, but after that.....they don't make alot.

So for the entire tour the increased the purse by a small fraction of what one person can get by just playing in LIV.
