On a scale of 1-10, how much do you really give a shite about your new team?
I’m about to drop the redskins as my favorite team. I just don’t care about them anymore since they took on the new name. I have no ties to area; they just happened to be the team I picked to root for 35 or so years ago.

I adopted the Grizzlies when they moved after being a Jordan era Bulls fan and unfortunately I care way too much

There seems to be a lot of AU fans that have suddenly turned in to Chiefs diehards. Did Kansas City move to Alabama or something? Ask them.

I have 15 family members in Buffalo, zero in Nola
As a kid I “cared more” for bills than saints but truly didn’t really care much for nfl being a kid raised in BR with a godfather playing QB for lsu
When I met my wife at lsu her family was original saints ticket holders so I bummed along with them and fell in love with Brees. But I never was a true fan. The BlM shite and the way the franchise treated Brees completely made me hate the saints
Figured I would try and see if I could really be a bills fan and man it’s been fun. My closest cousin is a super fan up there so it’s been cool to ride this highs and lows with him
Plus having everyone hate me for it here I think has truly entrenched me. And college is getting shittier so I am liking the nfl more overall now

The Chiefs organization is MAGA along with the majority of the KC fan base.

Bills are probably my 2nd team behind the Chiefs, it's mainly because I'm a Josh Allen fan.

I just adopted teams on the side since the Cowboys will suck as long as Jerrah lives. They go 7-10, I don’t care. They go 12-5, I don’t care because I know they’ll choke.
I typically cheer for LSU-led teams like the Bengals. That said, there were 3 players I liked and “followed”.

Having lived in Ohio for over 3 decades now, I have been a Bengals fan for a long time. Having Burrow and Chase on the team just super charged my fandom.

You won’t know if you are truly a fan of the new team until you get your heart broken and whether or not you stick with it. I feel like “13 seconds” really made me fully on board with the bills
But if I didn’t have my family up there to talk with and actually had family trips to Buffalo every year growing up if I would have actually been able to convert
Also having my son being only 4 when I “switched” helped. He only knows the bills fandom with me and lives and dies with them
