2013 New Mexico Bowl
WSU was up 45-30 with under 3 minutes to play. Colorado State scored a TD to bring it to 45-37 with 2:52 left. The next drive Colorado State recovers a fumble, but the call got overturned. The next play they recover a fumble again and get the ball back with 1:51 left. They score a TD, then run a statue of liberty for the two point conversion and it's ruled no good. Replay overturns the call and it ends up being 45-45 with 33 seconds left. WSU fumbles again on the kickoff return. Colorado State recovers, kicks a FG, and wins it 48-45.
tldr; Colorado State score 2 TDs, a 2 point conversion, and a FG in the last 3 minutes to win 48-45 over WSU.

Some have it wrong in this thread. The Holiday, Liberty , etc are not lower tier bowls. Just sayin
