That's a great letter. Thanks for posting it. Dooley's done a great job up there even though the Dawgs are off to a tough start this year. I'll be watching and pulling hard for Tech to beat UH.

I think it would be funny as shite if LSU fans showed up wearing Purple and Gold and took over the stadium, chanting LSU druing the game
You know what would be funnier?

If Bama fans packed the ULM stadium and chanted "Bama".. Oh wait....nevermind...

Great letter from a good young coach. Even if you are a Tiger fan, you have to work really hard to find fault with him simply encouraging his fabnbase to fill the stadium.

Good luck to LA. Tech on Wednesday night. Geaux Bulldogs!

This.

I wish the Bulldog's all the luck in the world. I'll be up there October 16th to join in on their Homecoming as well.

Dooley is in a tough spot. He's got a hell of a mountain to climb, but seems to have the right mindset.

I just hope his players and fans will showup for this game, otherwise it will be an embaressment.

This is a fallacy. Tech doesn't offer some engineering specialties such as Petroleum Engineering which is a top profession for our state. I've met many Tech engineering graduates and on the whole haven't been overly impressed. Tech can't compete with LSU on any level, athletic or academic.

Incorrect. That's an opinion.

Specializing has nothing to do with the level of one's overall engineering program. Look up the #'s. I promise you, you will find Tech and LSU real close, if Tech isn't leading.

You're out of your element Donnie. Tech is very good at home. They win this one easily.

Good luck to the Techies, a strong La Tech this year will make for a stronger schedule for LSU. I hope they beat the snot out of those Polynesians.

Ruston is actually a very attractive small town, certainly not a cesspool.

Dooley is doing exactly what he should be doing, promoting his school and his program.

Good luck to Tech against Hawaii.

My little sister (who sadly goes to LT), and who couldn't care less about football, is excited to go to this game

I'd rather watch the LSU/MSU replay on Cox.
