Looked like a leaderless team out there. I've heard from more than one person close to the situation that Broadway is not liked by more than a few players. If that's the case, maybe that's why we saw the offensive line give up in the 3rd quarter, and why Broadway only attempted two passes further than 10 yards.

Broadway better start bringing pepper-jack filled boudin balls to player meetings in the morning this week if that's the case.

Broadway is really struggling reading defenses period. It was almost comically against Southern how bad he was locked in on one guy. His big plays came from Robinson, Johnson and butler simply going up and taking the ball against outmanned defenders.

We were fricked the minute that Robinson went down Saturday.

Fuselier is our best slot guy right now and needs to start IMO. The 2 guys that were ahead of him on the depth chart have been very unimpressive. (1 has already been demoted)

Broadway had his best season in 2012 when he had Harry Peoples in the slot who gave him a dump down option and made big plays. He has looked lost without that kind of player in the line up. Fuselier has a similar skill set.

Robinson was walking on his own towards the tunnel during the game, albeit with a slight limp. Just based on what I saw, best case scenario he's available for Ole Miss. Worst case he'll sit out a week.

I can't understand why we couldn't get something going with Zo, McGuire, Gabe, and Robinson/Butler/Johnson all on the field at the same time.

Because Terrance Broadway is a product of Baton Rouge schools.

ULL scored their last six points as time expired and then sent their XP crew out as the officials walked off the field. It wasn't as close as the score shows.

This was a great game if you were a Tech fan. I tried to stay away from last week's talk-fest about us. Our boys really showed up and put it to them. I hope we are getting ready for UNT and conference play. Skip couldn't have looked prouder after the game Saturday. If I keep seeing improvement week to week, I may start liking this coaching staff.

That was "proud" you were seeing. It was relief. Relief that he wasn't going to get canned this week.
