Man, GTFO with that stuff.

Sounds like a Hilary voter protesting for a week after the election because you didn't get your way.

None of those 5a selects voted for the split, they won the title they were offered... it's that simple tarnishing or downplaying any of the post split titles is not fair to the kids...

Damn I just seen he was there for 1 season. Tarps are going to have a tough time getting a quality coach there when you fire a coach after 1 season.

Lose to CL, get fired.

Really though I had a feeling he wouldn't last very long there when my SL buddy was telling me what kind of person/coach he was before the season started. He reminded me alot of Douglas, a good coach, but a big rah rah guy that's more suitable as a coordinator.

Not even that. He was hired on in the spring. Dude did a lot of things that rubbed the administration the wrong way.

I can't stand to go to CLS games anymore. Menard and Kennedy piss me off to no end. Menard can't stop bitching out the Refs to coach a game and Kennedy can't convey a message to a 16 year old without hollering at them. Hope they have a better regime when my son gets there.

Naw, men's club will probably give him a $50,000 under the table bonus and make promises to bring in his son when he ready to hang'em up.

I left the Terrebonne game early in disgust when the coaches wives started arguing with the fans. The only other time I've ever done that at a CL game was in 2004 when we gave Ellender it's first win in a decade.

At this point I don't care if Menard stays or goes. If he couldn't win with this team I don't see him ever having us better than a 1 and done playoff team. He's a great offensive mind but his flaws like arguing with the refs, faking extra points, taking his foot of the gas with a lead just about outweigh that.

They did try to get rid of Kennedy last season, but the guy they brought in's wife couldn't find a job in the area so he left. Vedros absolutely has to go though, blitzing the house on 4th & 12, playing man coverage when your dbs are the weakest spot on the team. If he's still the DCord next year I'm not even wasting my time going to games anymore.

Everybody knows what's the problem with the defense including other coaches and it ain't Jude, and it ain't Orgeron who coached the DB's at Lutcher for 12 years before coming here. He sure as hell didn't forget how to coach. They're just stuck with a clueless D-Cordinator who just so happens to also be the AD.

That's exactly how I feel.

You may want to pick another team to follow next year, Pop isn't going anywhere. Hes just built a house in the area and hes putting in an inground pool.

Oh I know, the way Kimball ran up to the top of the stadium with the cops to defend Vedros I know he's not going anywhere that's his boy.

He's a bit older than me so I'm hoping to outlast him at this point, maybe I'll get to see a few good years of CL football when he retires in 20 years .

I must have missed that, was that a couple years back when someone busted the glass in the press box? I thought it was the long bearded young coach that did that?

No this was the Terrebonne game this year. After Vedros blitzed everyone on 4th & 12 and left a reciever wide open over the middle a guy a couple rows in front of me said that that was some stupid coaching. Vedros's wife turned around and started yelling at him, saying that if he could do a better job then he should go coach himself.

Then one of the other coaches wifes singled to her husband in the pressbox and they must have called down to the field cause next thing you know Kimball is running to the top of the stadium with half dozen cops and they tried to escort the guy out of the stadium until my buddies and I and some other people around told the cops what really happened.

Kimball was pissed, he was huffing and puffing and he told everybody to just leave Vedro's wife alone lol.

CLHStrojans, did CL can their coach after going 0-6 in District this year? Weak district and he didn't win any games.

Nothing yet but something needs to change. This is the biggest waste of talent I've seen at CL since I started going to games as a kid in the early 90's. We have two 6'4 D1 receivers, a RB with offers, the 5th leading passer in the state at QB and can't even make a watered down playoffs. It's pretty sad.

I'd be happy with a new D-Cord, and an actual O-Cord. Right now Menard is his own O-Cord but half the time he's to busy chasing refs down the field to coach the offense.

Vedros blew a 21 point lead to fricking HL Bourgeois! If I would have been Menard I would have made him walk back to Raceland barefooted.

Blew a 21 point lead TWICE. Up 21-0 4 minutes in the game, also up 21 points to start the 4th I believe lol.

Got a big lead, offense putting up points he didn't even need to stop HL, just sit back make HL drive and kill clock. Instead blitz lb's & safeties off the edge and have HL's little QB just run around them to the outside for quick scores.
