Let's be honest, the split had nothing about what is fair/not fair or even recruiting. It was all about Norman Booker (and other principals) trying to make it easier for Many to win a state title.
Dont forget Winnfield too..
they had less to do with the split than the convoluted principals that pushed play in class down their throats

West Monroe is off balance. probably would have helped if they took infield. Central is a team full of grinders. West Monroe came out cocky.

No clue about their team/pitching, but they only gave up 4 runs in 7 games in the playoffs, and no more than 1 run allowed in any playoff game. That is pretty damn impressive.

4-0 Central runners 2nd and 3rd. They're hitting the ball well. Nothing you can do about that except hit with them.
