Maybe you're young but Holtz was perhaps the best gameday coach in the 80s and 90s. So yeah, he knows his stuff

Holtz has forgotten more football than I'll ever know, unfortunately he's being paid to troll now by ESPN

norte dame coudl very well beat bama. that defense is lights out. theya re BIGGER than bama is. maybe not AS athletic but they are fricking huge everywhere.

that is going to be a 9 to 6 or 13 to 7 type game. could go either way

I think he is actually pretty good so long as he isn't talking about any teams he once coached for.

But maybe I feel that way because he is paired with Mark May.

Their offense will likely struggle against UGA/Bama.

I find it funny that everyone thinks UGA would easily beat ND. UGA is a team that has consistently shite the bed OOC yet everyone's already handing them the title. If I were an SEC fan I would hope for Bama because I think ND matches up well with UGA. Its a moot point thou, Bama will win big this weekend

Cousin Lou, Uncle Lou, I mean Doctor Lou whatever they call him needs to go take a nap.

And with that, the south will rise again on Jan 7. Just like it has for the last 7 years.

main reason id rather play UGA is coaching...

BK and staff can outcoach Richt, but that wont happen with Bama.

game plan was to control teh clock with methodical drives and keep USC off the field. pls go.

GTFO with that shite.

Their QB played like hot garbage the whole game. Any team with any semblance of an offense would have put up 40 on USC last night.

Don't act like it was part of the plan to not score

Yes he can be a bit of a homer, but Lou really does know his shite.

He is MORE than JUST A BIT of a homer.

He has been a coach of a NC team and has done GREAT on the college level. He is just overboard with homer picks by the teams he has coached. If he had his way HE would think South Carolina should be playing ND in the TITLE game.
