not trying to be a contrarian either, but reading the rant and speaking to every LSU alum, fan or associate that I know...they seem pretty fricking down.

I don't think it ruins college football. I want bama to win it all this year so I can see something that has never been done. Saban will eventually retire and competitive balance will be restored

He is michael jordaning college football big time right now...this isn't like the yankees buying titles.

The university is really nice. Have you been there? That's where Saban works every day. Have you seen the northern part of Tuscaloosa, the Black Warrior, the cliffs, and the lakes? It's beautiful. That's where Saban lives.

Pretty sure you're trolling, but this isn't even close to true.

To be honest, You can live in the most exlusive bel air style neigborhood in uganda, eventually you venture out and realize you're in uganda.

They are part of the "pansy brigade." My point is that the whole country is falling into this Saban worship defeatedness mode.

I think FSU will crush them.

If you think Bama dominance is ruining college football than Saban at Texas will be 10x worse.

Can't imagine what kind of Empire Saban could create with those recruiting grounds and resources.

Probably true.

I still think Tuscaloosa is a crap hole.

Look at the gumps defending it. Must be true.

Would A&M fans rather see Saban at Bama or Texas?

Not that the two are comparable, but you live where you live. You can only insulate yourself so much. Plus, it is like having the enemies at the gates. It is only a matter of time before the problems outside get inside.

On Sirius College Sports Jack Arute show Jackie Sherrel said Texas University has more money than anyone and it's not even close. Big Big Money!
