Reynolds killed them with those drops that would have been first downs

I would have probably tried the last FG, but my problem with the conversation is everyone just assumes he would have made it. Their kicker isn’t Justin Tucker. He was unemployed most of the year. He is 75% in his career from 40-49. This was a 48 yarder with a ton of pressure. He is under 50% in his career from 50+.

Campbell made one bad decision, and that was running the ball and having to use that timeout.

Them going for it were the correct calls. That second one would have been a 48 yarder too, his long this year is 41.

I didn't say he can't.
But the reaction people are having are as if he made it, then took the points off the board.

He certainly could. I’d venture he is favored to make it, but it’s far from a lock like that everyone assumes.

No he didn't

Reynolds dropped an easy 4th down catch.

Reynolds dropped an easy key 3rd down catch on the following drive

Lions defender let an easy interception bounce off his face mask after which the ninety scored the very next play

Gibbs fumbled the ball shortly after.

If the PLAYERS make ROUTINE NFL PLAYS, the lions win this game by double digits.

Campbell didn't cost them anything. People who think otherwise are ignorant.

It was a snowballing of drops and horrible decisions.

The Lions defense collapsed and no one seems to care.

Exactly. If the Lions had done bare minimum football in the second half they still would have won. I haven’t seen such an absurd comedy of errors in a long time. Campbell was probably losing his mind the entire second half.
