In Clay's defense, it's a major dick move to block Kendall from an in-confernce transfer, when Lincoln's career was built on the back of an in-conference transfer.

Can a school block the transfer of a non-scholarship walk-on? I know they still have to sit, but Mayfield was at Tech on his own dime.

Baker was an academic transfer/walk on. Tech couldn’t block him.

Baker Mayfield transferred from TTU to OU. OU threw a massive hissy fit about TTU meddling with the situation. It's fricking hypocritical for OU to take this position now.
