Ponchatoula should be up 50 at the half next week. Hammond wasn't very good when I saw them earlier against WM.

Did Ponchy somehow get a bunch of players or is it mainly coaching?

Denham Springs scores with 1:13 left. Goes up 24-21.

Ensuing possession, Zachary faced with a 4th and 1 from their own 30, and scores a 70 yd TD with 43 seconds left in the game.

Zachary 28 Denham Springs 24. Final.

We had the district championship in our hands...and we let it slip.

LW QB not making the best decisions. Basically just running backwards to make for more yardage lost on sacks.

We usually have decent talent, but not at this level. Honestly IMO its a combination of top notch coaching meeting up with top notch talent on the field and not walking the halls.

He won't have a choice. Unless he benches the the starters in the 1st quarter. Myself I hope we hang 80 plus on them Mfer's.

St Amant was jacked up, needing this game for their playoff lives and EA started out extremely flat. EA actually cut it to 36-28 in the third, but couldn't stop StA but once. StA just wanted it more. Of course, EA's defense is hot garbage even when they're not flat. They had leads over Dutchtown, Brother Martin and Woodlawn that they couldn't hold. Fortunately for them, they held on against DTHS. Neither of these two will go very far in the playoffs.

That was the most dominating performance i have ever seen. Dont let the score fool you, Ponchy was up 52-3 and St Pauls had to kick onsides kicks to make it less embarrasing, which was chicken shite
