What a dummy.
The talent gap between Holy Cross and Karr is immense.
And I think Holy Cross has a nice team but they were outgunned big time tonight. It didn't have much to do with coaching.
Brother Martin holding Karr to 19 points might be the most impressive feat in high school football this year.

And one of those TDs was a punt return. The BM defense played great that game, even though they spent the whole 2nd half on the field with BM offense not doing anything.

It was, and 7 is outstanding. Coaches should talk to him about doing backflips on opponents midfield logos, but he's damn good.

I thought it was a clean called and fairly officiated game. What did you notice?

Holy shite.
I knew Jesuit plays the most challenging schedule in the state of Louisiana EVERY year, but I didn’t realize it was this ridiculous.
Jesuit has ALREADY played THREE of the Top FOUR teams in the state and SIX of the Top TWELVE.
Why does Jesuit do this to themselves????
Posted on 10/21/23 at 9:51 am to SportsGuyNOLA
Correction:
They haven’t played Holy Cross yet.
But after Friday it’ll be 6 of Louisiana’s Top 12

He’s done it for two yrs. It’s usually a couple of them.

It wasn’t horrendous but there was definitely some questionable calls.
#5 is a beast! Good luck to y’all the rest of the way

Not every year. How do the squeeze in a 12 game schedule? 2019 schedule pretty weak

Damn I was hoping he was just being a kid caught up in the moment, but I guess he's actually that disrespectful

ETA: genuinely no hate though. Y'all are a well oiled machine. All class outside of that one thing and the kids are extremely well coached.

You know what he meant… out of 12 top teams in the state Jesuit plays 6 of them

Honestly don’t think it’s a disrespect thing. More just kids having fun.
They are definitely playing well and I’m glad to see it after the tough start last year. Last years teams only had 7 seniors, this yrs team has 15 or 16 I think.

Don Shows used to always tell us if you had 10-15 seniors you could not win. If you had 15-20 you’d be ok. 20-25 playoffs. 30+ do something special. It’s a different culture when you have that many older kids that typically are unselfish because obviously 30+ can’t start.
