J.F. Kennedy at #16 Lakeshore

Have they played anyone with a pulse over the last two regular seasons?

Not really. That Neville team was very average for them (young?). That being said, I thought that they were the third best team on the northshore last year and are the beat team this year. St. Paul would be my number two both seasons, with Slidell being a close third right now. It will be interesting when St. Paul goes to Slidell.

That was in the playoffs, though.

I was referring to their regular season schedule. I think Salmen may have been the only team that they played with a winning record last year (aside from the playoffs, of course).

St. Paul's can never seem to put it together in the playoffs. It's crazy how successful they've been during the regular season, post-Katrina. It's even crazier to see how little success they've had in the playoffs during that same time frame.

That game should decide the district. It's nice to see Slidell back to pre-2007 form.

Really? I see that Kennedy gave St. Aug all it could handle in a close loss, but then got blown out by Slidell (good team), St. Amant (good team), and Karr (elite team).

Lakeshore has to be getting close to 5A-level enrollment. That would really make things interesting when it comes time for realignment.

Especially 2011. 10-0 with a 16.078 power rating and they lose in the first round.
