There is some frickery going on here.
Ruston had 4th and inches and were lining up when the ref called and unsportsmanlike conduct. Then on the punt WM destroyed the punter and no flag.

Could the unsportsmanlike be because Ruston took 2 consecutive time outs without running a play? I don’t know if that’s a penalty in HS

I think you are correct. Can’t call 2 timeouts during a dead ball period. Have to run a play. That said the non call on the roughing the kicker was awful. Ramos got leveled.
