It wasn't that close. It was bad from the first whistle. 31-7 at one point, but the kids hunkered down and made a game of it. They'll be fine, just have to get better every week.

They are definitely contenders again this year.

That defense coupled with the running game is always ingredients for a championship.

Mandeville played a physical game defensively. But without Parker Orgeron last night they just didn't have enough offensively to make it a game down to the wire.
