Interesting 3 divisions have 1,2,3 and 4 seeds in semis. 18, 21 and 22 are in semis. In div 1 select half public half private. Smaller divs are all private in semis, I guess this proves real difference is in smaller classes.

the rule isn't who comes out with the ball, as soon as a player on either team secures the ball and is down - play is over. I haven't seen the film of this but I see about 10 plays a year where a player secures a loose ball and is down and some takes the ball under pile. the drag is when a covering official doesn't see that as you can only call what you can see.
