An absolute meltdown by Country Day. Should be a fun final between those two. They have played a lot of great games over the past years. Former EHS grad and player under Beckham. Go knights.

Yea, CD choked hard. That wasn't UVA Louisville level, but it wasn't far off. Dunham has a very good team though.

Looks like it will be Dunham vs Episcopal in the finals. As a Dunham alum and former player for Pixley, I was really rooting for Country Day to continue owning him

Damn, why would you root against your old coach?

I don't like what he's become or what any of the private schools have become. We could win and compete without recruiting in mid 2000s, I hate it's become a big recruiting game these days.

Also, the dude never gave a shite about any of us, he only cared about himself and still does. He always cared way more about his AAU teams and his lessons to the detriment of our team.

ETA: I started for him for 3 years, I gave everything I had to the guy. Just never felt he truly had any of our backs.

What did CD do to choke?

Dunham vs Episcopal...that should be a VERY interesting title game. I absolutely love to see upsets like this.

nah... Programs beat "special" teams this time of year

So Riverside losing to a special team doesn’t happen right?

Really considering about going and pull my Walker Wildcats on. It's an excused absence for youngest.

I am excited about tomorrow.

Mmmkay, nice contradiction from your statement.

You’ll see for yourself tomorrow. Walker lost to NC by 2 in playoffs last year @ NC and that was when they had Rachal.

What years were you there? I played at another school around that time. We might have played each other.

How does Riverside lose to an Episcopal team led by a guy listed at 5’8”—especially in a high scoring affair?? This can’t be close to the 08-09 Episcopal squads with Thomas and Lewis or any of the Bridgewater teams. Did Episcopal just have a phenomenal shooting day and get RA in foul trouble? Beckman is a great coach.

I Honestly have no idea. I haven’t kept up with the team this year. Beckman always preached the little things haha. Maybe it finally got through.

That makes sense. Also, so basically you're admitting that you also got your arse kicked by Country Day.
