1st year head coach. I haven’t watched them, but I would think a team like that in high school im proves dramatically throughout the year

I was only able to watch their last two games and wasn’t impressed. Also knew they should have lost at least their first game. They look much better tonight keeping in mind Acadiana is being “hamstrung” by their inability to get off their quick snap.

They flirt with the ragged edge there. Which side you are on will determine whether you think it is usually not called or whether they are usually set. FTR I am an AHS Alum so maybe some bias but I do think they are usually set and also probably get away with not setting a some.

To me it isn’t just a set issue. It looks clear that their two guards move forward before the ball is snapped

I have been to many Acadiana games and I know a few guys on staff there
they will test the waters and push the issue until the Reffs start calling it. If the reffs dont call it, then the rolling start becomes a tidal wave

I’m not surprised after hearing the refs were from West Monroe. I will say JJ that luckily Catholic doesn’t need your help, they are obviously a much better team.
