Wondering the same. I believe the game before ended pretty close to 6:30 pm. I would think 7:30 pm is a reasonable guess.

Who says they tried to Rush the punt? It was a bad snap over the punters head. The two “contain guys” will naturally chase after the ball. I don’t think the return team had a designed punt rush called.
