Your screen name best describes it.

That was weird to watch.

He's been having games like this all year long. He doesn't get enough shot attempts and hangs out around the 3pt line way too much. Like I stated in the game thread, KAT is scoring 1.34 points per post possession against the Rockets in the regular season. That is both astounding as a stat and as to the fact that they won't play through him.

I’ve always like KAT but he is a big man. Ie he is reliant on someone else getting him the ball. his value will never be what the elite playmaker value is for that very reason. He is also a little soft too for my liking. He should toughen up with age. He’s got Tons of talent though. As evidenced By the GMs have picked him as player they would start a franchise with for two consecutive years. I imagine that run will end with next year GM poll and Ben Simmons will be atop the list.

List of players with higher usage than Butler and Towns in game 1:

Rose
Dieng
Teague
Wiggins
Crawford

He rushed.

Scared, psyched. Some of that.

I still find it mindblowing that Towns and Teague both played like absolute garbage, and Minnesota had a chance to tie the game

It helps when Rockets not named James Harden shoot 12% from three. This actually reminded me of a T-Mac game where the rest of the team just doesn't show up to play. Fortunately for Houston, Harden is a better player than T-Mac.

Really wanna see how he responds in Game 2. The entire basketball world called him out, let’s see if he has a mean streak in him

It was his very 1st playoff game too, so he might not have been ready for the physicality the Rockets threw at him.

Teague had 15 pts, 9 reb, and 8 assists... I didn’t get the sense that he was having a bad game at all from what I watched.

He single-handedly kept the Wolves in the game when Harden was going off in the 4th.

He had a nice little stretch in the 4th Q, but he was TERRIBLE otherwise.

His play (and Towns lack of play...) was one of the biggest reasons the TWolves couldn't extend their lead from 2-4 points.

If Teague didn’t have that stretch in the 4th to go tit for tat with James Harden, the Wolves could have gone down by 10+ points.

He may have had a subpar game overall (I didn’t see that), but he gave them a chance to win in crunch time.

Charles Barkley was all over the Twlves for them not going to Towns in the post after Houston kept switching.

I agree if anything make Harden work some on defense guarding a bigger guy.
