One of the best 2nd basemen of all time. Def the best of his generation.

Career .300 batting avg, 210 HR, 2724 hits, 1134 RBI, WAR 67

12x all star, 10x gold glove winner, 2x World Series champ

2011 HOF inductee, 2021 banned from baseball.

Spit on an umpire. Exposed several women to HIV, and had his number 12 unretired by Toronto due to sexual misconduct with a Bluejays employee dating back to 2014.

I just found this guy to be an extremely interesting POS human. Only player ever elected into the hall and banned from baseball at the same time. Damn.

Fell off hard at the back end of his career.
I would rate him even with Sandberg.

Craig Biggio and Jeff Kent are the only two who are close.

But i'll always be a Mark Lemke guy.

And yet Barry Bonds will never make the HOF because he did something everybody else was doing. And you got some POS like this in the HOF. Pompous arse baseball writers. Bonds is the GOAT roids or not.

The allegations were made public in 2021 and from an incident that happened 2014, after he had been inducted into the HOF.

I used to love those late 70’s and 80’s royals teams. George Brett is one of my all time favs…

I chuckle when I recall Jeff Kent going to management and saying he and bonds could play on the same team. One of them had to go. So they dumped Jeff Kent.

Exceeded the average baseball player's career expectations and expectorations.
