33.2 FGA/game in that series.
LeBron attempted a series high 30 in Game 5.

It's amazing to me the hate he gets on here. I'm a Lebron fan, but it would seem any basketball fan could sit back and enjoy watching his performance in the finals, against the best NBA team of all time, and the back to back MVP. I hear people talk about Lebron whining, but Steph is constantly praised. Steph threw a temper tantrem tonight and was complaining on some obvious fouls. I like Curry, but man he looked like CP3 out there tonight. Also he needs to get his wife under control, theres nothing worse than someone always complaining or making an excuse. Lebron's play has been one of the best in finals history and I think he's really handled himself well in every interview as well.
Let's just all enjoy what unfolds Sunday night.

But he could end up like Jerry West. Who had better stats and still lost...but was named MVP.

GOAT
What LBJ is doing is awesome though. The first couple games were ugly for him but he's on fire now.

Must be nice to get help from refs. Plays hard defense on him and you'll get called for a foul
By definition he gets fouled every time he posts up. The rule is that you can put a hand/arm on the defender. Every time he posts up he has two forearms shoving him in the back. Two arms is supposed to be an automatic call. He just plays through it.

Lebron is leading BOTH teams in:
- Points
- Rebounds
- Assists
- Steals
- Blocks
If he doesn't win MVP, even with a loss, the award is dead to me.

Other than that, you nailed it!!!

I'm not a 'Bron fan but he annihilated GS over the last two games.

A thread appreciating LeBron for his play that has zero downvotes....

His defense was just on another level last night.
And, I want to give credit to the Cavs as a team. They were very disciplined in not being fooled by GS. They knew that GS is always going to make that extra pass, especially to get the 3. They anticipated it and it really threw GS off.

somebody needs to get delonte west commenting on the finals to keep lebron's rage going

Lebron's defense this entire series has been incredible. His offensive contribution has picked up considerably, but the defense has been there since game 1.

I think he's raged enough. Last year he was all CLE had. This year he has some help, and he's tired of curry taking his thunder. I'm predicting a huge game in game 7

curious how the warriors respond publicly after game 6
they were all melting HARD and i don't think they're used to having to play counter-puncher b/c they typically have the psychological edge. can kerr keep the focus on him or will curry, klay, or draymond say something stupid to give lebron bulletin board material for game 7? will they have a short psychological leash in 7 where if they get down early they get down psychologically and start to sulk?
the strength of the warriors is that regardless of the score, they feel they can always come back. this isn't even limited to their starters, because their bench often goes on runs to close gaps or extend leads. will they double down on that resolve or buckle under a pressure that they're not used to? fascinating psychology going into 7
