Many speculated for a couple years he would retire after year 23. Well, this is that year.

LeBron wouldn't be LeBron if he didn't seek out to have the grandest farewell tour of them all.

Will probably announce that this is his final season so he can get a retirement tour

I think you're probably right.

He wants the final season Kobe treatment, but hopefully none of the opposing teams do anything special and their fans just boo him even louder.

It’ll be ironic if he gets the Paul Pierce treatment (they don’t love you like that)

LeBron is too worried about LeBron. He will want a retirement tour. Seems like few guys go the Kershaw route and just hang then up. They all want everyone to pat them on their back.

Obviously that will never happen.

Griffey too. Dude just hung them up in the middle of the season. Played game 3 of a 4 game series, got in his car and drove home to Florida. He called the GM and retired while in the car. I guess when you know you know

It's an advertisement. He's plugging a product.

Coincides with start of NBA season.

It is the details. Notice how his shoes are blurred out? The product that he is plugging didn't have permission from Nike to use their marks in their commercial.

He's announcing when it will end possibly maybe so he gets a long arse farewell tour

He rarely has an original idea, and he loves him some LeBron. He probably wants a farewell tour like Kareem or Dr. J with every team rolling out a rocking chair at half court and throw some big retirement ceremony when he visits.

I give it a 1% chance Lebron does that with the #theseconddecision.

But… it’s LeBron and I’m open to all possibilities.

Probably an ad

I actually think he plays til ‘28 and hangs it up after the olympics. Would be a 25 year career.
