My solution to this is easy. If I was a police chief, I would draw lines on a map and order my officers not to respond to calls in those zones.
Blacks don't like police, and don't want police in their neighborhoods. It would be easier for police to not have to respond to those areas. It is a win win for everyone.

She was blatantly the aggressor in every single moment of the body cam footage and was in the act of committing assault with a deadly weapon. Nothing that happened prior matters one bit. Your right to defend yourself with force or with a weapon ends the moment your life/body is not longer in danger. You cannot subsequently lash out, chase anyone, or keep going after people.
