Lakers
Arsenal
Yankees
Cowboys
USC
Spurs - I just hate the success, and the boring personality of Tim Duncan that perfectly matches the boring jersey colors.
I can pull for just about anyone else in the right circumstances. I like a lot of players, so I appreciate a lot of teams.

Falcons
In No Particular Order:
Cowboys
Spurs
Clippers
Penguins
Tottenham
Manchester United
Barcelona
If we are counting college teams then Alabama is at the top of my list and its not even close.

I don't think colleges can be considered organizations by the OPs standards, unless he's cool with it.

Can someone explain why all of you hate the Falcons so much? I mean, I don't care for the Saints but they're not up there for my least favorite teams.

Yankees, Cowboys, Lakers, Notre Dame aka: all the sports teams that think of themselves as "America's Team."

I've never liked the Falcons, but right now its easy. Douchebag at QB, WR that runs his mouth but can't usually back it up on the field, dirty players in the secondary, a coach that looks like a movie villain, and an owner who carries himself like he's either ready to commit tax fraud or have someone murdered at a moment's notice.
ETA: They're also losers and nobody roots for losers except the losers that grew up nearby, i.e. Saints fans pre-2009.

Because of the rivalry and as a NOLA native living in Atlanta, I'm required by law to hate the Falcons.
As an objective observer, I have a lot of respect for Dimitroff and Smith. Both men are very, very good at their jobs and perhaps don't receive the respect they deserve.
Because they are so good at their job for the team I hate, loathe them.
But honestly, it's a game. "Hate" here is a very strong word and is overused in the sports world. We become too emotionally invested in this stuff that, at the end of the day, doesn't truly impact our lives.
And this is coming from a stats head who couldn't even bring himself to look at the box score after the Saints/Niners playoff game until about ten months after the fact...

My least favorite sports organizations all reside in the North. Mostly because ESPN is pure shite, and they get off on talking about the northern teams like nobody else exists..
Case in point:
If Memphis and Indiana were to make it to the NBA Finals, and Tom Brady got a hair cut all on the same day, they would have a 1 hour press conference on Tom Brady's new hair cut, and then a 10 minute spot talking about the game 1 match up for the NBA finals.
