And Iowa State promptly loses a guy due to targeting 30 seconds into the game.

Welp

Brutal targeting call on Iowa State early.

Meanwhile in Indy, it's families only in the crowd and the Colts helmet logo is still at midfield. Truly a high school championship game.

Iowa State's best defensive player got ejected for targeting without even touching the offensive player with his helmet. Just 100% wrong. The receivers head was waist high, and the defender hit him with his shoulder pads. Ridiculous.

Northwestern's gonna play tough today, but they just don't have the horses to go a full 60.

Still would be nice to see Ohio State tested.

OU now fully loaded is so damn good. They're going to make this look bad and the committee look stupid

Tough play but it was clearly targeting.

I disagree. I have watched a lot of their games this year and I think they get run out of the building.

They need to get a flagrant 1/2 or red card.

Then hand out suspensions for multiple 1/yellow cards.

I'm hoping Tennessee keeps this close. Looks like A&M is slowly starting to take control.

Yeah I was looking at their roster, and they just don't have the players/size to beat OSU -- even with OSU down 22 players and even if NW plays a decent game. They showed each team coming out of the gate and the sheer size difference between the players on the two teams was just laughable. NW is basically Vandy with a better coach, a sub-Ivy school that just can't bring in the athletes that a state school/major or even middling program can.

Only way this could be competitive is if OSU makes a ton of mistakes and NW plays a near-perfect game.
