Yes, but the refs didn't call it that way initially. They should have stuck with the original call.

It's arguable, can really go both ways, which is why I don't think the officials made the wrong call though it's a disagreeable call and that's really all there is to it

Yes, and if you're still watching TNT they just said the other ref called a foul, and the foul overrules the jumpball.

But yes that was a foul, yeah he may have had a tie up but then that doesn’t give you free reign to tackle the other player.

It was absolutely a foul. The announcers confused America because they didn't understand the rules being applied.

I don't think it's as clear cut as this thread seems to indicate but yeah I probably would've called it.

The T should have been on Green. Lance had his arms wrapped around Green in what was an apparently legal manner according to the ref calling the jump ball. It was Green’s body movement that took Lance to the ground (and subsequently Green). Obviously Green’s body movement caused them to go down because Lance’s arms were wrapped around him, but they were on the ball according to the first ref.
