This will be epic.

Lakers will miss the playoffs, get the Number 1 overall, draft a franchise player in Zion, and also get AD in free agency in 2 years.

I hate the NBA, but I am rooting for this scenario to occur.

Is Zion even going to be a good NBA player?

LeBron would still need more help.

Silver would be far better off following in his old boss' footsteps allegedly by making sure the Knicks win it. Making them relevant again would be best for business.

They would trade him for AD because they would finally have something the Pels want. They don't have time with Lebron aging to wait out a rookie, no matter how good of a prospect he is.

I'd be stunned if he wasn't a perennial all-star

Yes. He is the best prospect since LeBron. His efficiency numbers are through the roof, he is biggest strength is either defense or intangibles, and he tolerates ball hogs with the patience of a saint.

There’s almost nothing I am more certain of than Zion becoming a superstar in the NBA.

Zion is like a Barkley/Malone genetic crossing. He'll be a wrecking ball in a league that doesn't handle wrecking balls well anymore.

If lakers won the lottery they aren't drafting Zion anyways.

Ja Morant would be their pick as this dude is the next great PG.

If you haven't seen him play, do yourself a favor and do so.

I like Zion a lot, but Morant will handle the ball more and provide more for an offense where PG's dictate more than ever.

LeBron won’t be worth a shite by the time Zion develops.

When has a 175 pound small school point guard who is a sub-par three point shooter ever been a number one pick?

Iverson is a good comparison except he played a much tougher level of competition. Lillard is who I thought of but he was a better shooter.

Bob cousy not a great shooter. Good but not great.
but an incredible passer.

Morant will make everyone better. And he's a better free throw shooter than cousy.

I think his % will go up in nba. He bears the entire team on his shoulders and plays whole games.
