Oh come on, I'm the one who doesn't understand simple concepts? any casual observer of the thread would probably agree it's the other way around.

So in their wins, 441 yards, 386 yards, 394 yards, 336 yards, 390 yards, 313 yards, and 346 yards passing had nothing to do with winning? yea..

No your right Faulk never took a swing pass and ripped off a 70 yard pass. Faulk as a RB! didn't average 10 YAC in 2000.

ETA since no one wants to acknowledge how good the players Warner had around him here is a nugget.

Rams receivers led the NFL over the 3-season period with 6,593 yards after the catch.

Compare that to the Saints this season whose receivers are 18th in the league in YAC

So of Warners roughly 12000+ passing yards in those 3 years with the Rams, half was after the catch on the backs of Faulk, Holt, and Bruce

Kurt Warner is the reason Bill Simmons is right and HOFs need levels.

Warner deserves the HOF but he shouldn't be on the same level as Elway, Marino, Montana, or Manning.

He should be the head of the "played with
arguably the best skill players in the league and put up fantastic #s while I did" section of the HOF.

You are saying that the Rams in the early part of the decade, and Cardinals the last couple years weren't/aren't surrounding Warner with some of the best offensive skill players in the league there respective years, and don't focus on a passing attack?

If hes so "average" then why didnt they upgrade at qb? Because hes an elite qb in the league he was then he is now. He got hurt in the middle of his career. If I remember right he had consistant injuries to his throwing hand. It took him a little while to fully recover, but you cant deny that while he was surrounded with elite talent, he has elite talent and accuracy himself WHEN healthy.

Don't look now, but Warner may pass up Bradshaw in career TD passes this season, in much fewer games played. If he plays another season, he will probably pass up Steve Young and possibly Jim Kelly.

His career passer rating is now over 94, which is higher than Brady, Brees, Montana, Elway, Marino, and Favre.

He has played in 3 Superbowl's and has the top three yards passing games in Superbowl history. He has the most passing yards for a career in Superbowl history in just those three games. He has a higher passer rating than Brady in his Superbowl career.

Wow you are a special kind of retarded aren't ya?

I said he was going to the hall of fame, not that he was average.

Why is kurtz supporting cast such a knock
on his performance?

Joe Montana was surrounded by greatness, definitely part of a "system", whose receivers and backs were kings of YAC.
