i halfway wonder if some of this wasn't fall out from the gasol story just before the playoffs last year
if the wives and gfs were talking because they were onto one player getting around it becomes more likely that the player caught in the act rolls over on his buddies doing the same. Gasol was a shell of the quality player he had been the year before, maybe things disintegrated between him and kobe when their significant others starting talking and putting together all the pieces
