ohh dear. logic isnt MY friend? then why is the argument being made that he both has a good team, and has no surrounding cast? THAT is not physically possible.

His team didn't have much talent when they made the finals. The Cavs have had much more talent the last two seasons. What is so hard to understand about that? Have you been reading this thread at all or just cherry picking random posts to respond to?

and comparing Kobe now to Kobe three years ago has literally nothing to do with Lebron James. maybe three years ago Kobe is better than present day Kobe, but i still dont see how that argument has any relevance in the Lebron vs Kobe discussion.

No offense, but you obviously aren't the sharpest knife in the drawer if you can't understand the context in which that point was raised. I'm not going to endlessly debate with someone who can't grasp the most basic points on here.

I love it when Lebron lovers result to ad hominem attacks when trapped by their own logic.

Through last years regular season and starting at Lebron's rookie season.

Game Winners

Lebron 17-50(higest # of made game winners)
Kobe 14-56

Lebron and Kobe both were 4-8 during that timespan in the playoffs.

One of the huge positives of statistics is that they remove perception biases. lsutiger2846's last post is a good example, one that Henry Abbott actually referenced on an NBA podcast today. It's easy to watch the NBA over the past few years and believe that Kobe is the most clutch shooter in the league. We tend to remember the big shots he's made and gloss over the misses in our memory. It simply hasn't been true up until this season though. And that's factual, it's not opinion.
